About Me

Deema is the Chief of Staff at the Group, responsible for Human Capital, recruitment, internal workflows, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. She leads the compensation and benefits committee and actively contributes as a member of the compliance and internal audit committees.

With a background in finance, Deema previously served as Director of Institutional Sales at FAB Bank and held leadership roles in prominent investment firms. She has played a key role in shaping 4Front Holding’s structure and was instrumental in launching 4Front Capital, an SCA-regulated financial advisory firm.

Deema holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the American University of Sharjah, reflecting her well-rounded expertise in business and leadership.
