Ahmed Shehada

Ahmed Shehada brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate and finance, establishing himself as a prominent leader across both sectors. Since entering the real estate market in 2001, he has earned recognition for his strategic leadership and deep knowledge of portfolio management. He currently serves as the Chairman of 4Front Investments, overseeing a group that includes 4Front Realty (regulated by RERA), 4Front Capital (regulated by the SCA), and the Shehada Private Family Office. In the financial sector, Ahmed held key executive roles, including CEO of FAB Securities, EVP at NBAD Securities, QNB Financial Services, and Head of Brokerage at ADCB, consistently driving innovation and performance. Academically, Ahmed holds a BSc in Psychology & Organizational Behavior from York University and an MBA from the University of Manchester, alongside executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, and IMD. His combined experience, vision, and leadership make him a respected authority in real estate and finance throughout the region.
