Ahmed Shehada
Founder & Chairman
Ahmed Shehada brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate and finance, establishing himself as a prominent leader across both sectors. Since entering the real estate market in 2001, he has earned recognition for his strategic leadership and deep knowledge of portfolio management.
He currently serves as the Chairman of 4Front Investments, overseeing a group that includes 4Front Realty (regulated by RERA), 4Front Capital (regulated by the SCA), and the Shehada Private Family Office.
In the financial sector, Ahmed held key executive roles, including CEO of FAB Securities, EVP at NBAD Securities, QNB Financial Services, and Head of Brokerage at ADCB, consistently driving innovation and performance.
Academically, Ahmed holds a BSc in Psychology & Organizational Behavior from York University and an MBA from the University of Manchester, alongside executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, and IMD.
His combined experience, vision, and leadership make him a respected authority in real estate and finance throughout the region.
With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Samer Mahdi brings extensive market knowledge, strong leadership, and strategic foresight to 4Front Realty. His career is built on a foundation of innovation, operational excellence, and a client-centric approach that spans residential, commercial, and investment sectors.
Samer has successfully led high-performing teams, launched profitable ventures, and consistently adapted to evolving market dynamics. He is recognized for driving sustainable growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results.

Salah is a Board Member at 4Front Realty, bringing extensive expertise in ESG principles and sustainable investment strategies. His leadership experience spans senior roles at International Investment Bank (IIB), Omniyat Real Estate, and SEE Holding, where he focused on innovative, environmentally responsible development.
Salah played a key role in the creation of The Sustainable City by Diamond Developers, serving as Group CEO and overseeing its groundbreaking implementation. At Omniyat, he served as Director of Placement, leading the structuring and capital raising for several high-profile projects.
His career began in investment banking at IIB, where he held multiple senior positions. Salah’s deep understanding of sustainability, real estate, and finance continues to shape strategic direction at 4Front Realty.
Abbas Saidi is a Partner and Board Member at 4Front Realty, bringing over a decade of experience in sales, business development, and luxury real estate across the UAE and GCC. His background spans FMCG, real estate, retail, and heavy industry, with a strong record in selling premium residential and hospitality projects.
Abbas is known for leading high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and advising global investors from Brazil to Australia. He played key roles in iconic projects like The Address Sky View, Palazzo Versace, Atlantis the Royal, and Bulgari Residences.
Holding a bachelor’s in business administration from NYIT and an MBA from Middlesex University, Abbas continues to shape 4Front’s growth through his leadership, market insight, and commitment to excellence.

Managing Director
Jason Bolze brings over 13 years of experience in sales and business development across real estate and technology sectors. He began his career in property-related businesses before transitioning into the military tech industry, spending four years as Regional Sales Director overseeing operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
He later served as Global Sales Director at ILUS International Inc, leading global sales across multiple ventures. For the past three years, Jason has been based in Dubai, re-engaging with the real estate industry while actively contributing to the city’s PropTech evolution.
He now collaborates with top developers, interior fit-out firms, and tech companies, blending global sales expertise with innovation to support Dubai’s rapidly transforming property landscape.
